Contract coverage

AQUA BEST WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT TRADING LLC

The AMC applies only to the water treatment system and service location identified in the customer’s quotation or contract. It is valid for 12 months from the agreed start date. The number and timing of service visits, included consumables, and contract price are as stated in the quotation.

Pricing is quotation only. The agreed quotation identifies the covered equipment, service address, start date and included work.

Domestic RO AMC specifications

Four scheduled visits per year. The additional replacements in the final column are included once during the 12-month contract.

Service specifications

During a scheduled visit, Aqua Best will inspect the covered system, check for visible leaks and operating issues, and replace only the consumables specified in the contract. Service scope depends on the system model, installed configuration, and access to the equipment.

For softeners, media filters, UV units, chillers, commercial RO plants, and industrial systems, the visit frequency and included replacements must be listed separately in the site-specific quotation.

Terms and conditions

The AMC covers only the visits, consumables, and work expressly stated in the quotation or signed contract.
Additional cartridges, media, resin, membranes, UV lamps, electrical parts, pumps, repairs, and modifications are charged separately unless specifically included.
Aqua Best will explain any additional recommended work and obtain the customer’s approval before carrying out chargeable work.
The customer must provide safe access to the equipment and ensure that the required water and electrical supplies are available during the visit.
Service visits are arranged by appointment. If access is unavailable at the agreed time, the visit must be rescheduled subject to appointment availability.
The AMC does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, abnormal water conditions, power fluctuations, external leaks, or other causes outside the listed service scope.
The AMC price, payment schedule, and VAT treatment are as stated in the quotation.
The AMC applies to the equipment and service address recorded in the contract. Changes to the equipment or location may require a revised quotation.
Any warranty on replaced parts is subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Renewal, cancellation, emergency callouts, and response times are governed by the terms stated in the quotation or signed contract.

Common questions

How long does the AMC last?

The AMC is valid for 12 months from the agreed start date and applies only to the system and service location recorded in the quotation or contract.

What is included in the domestic RO visits?

The listed 6, 7 and 8-stage RO AMC options have four scheduled visits per year. Each visit includes PP sediment, GAC and CTO cartridge replacements, where fitted.

Are UV lamps and alkaline cartridges included?

The 7-stage RO with UV includes one UV lamp replacement once during the 12-month contract. The 8-stage RO includes one alkaline cartridge replacement and one UV lamp replacement during the contract. Other replacements are excluded unless listed in the quotation.

Are membranes, pumps and repairs included?

Other cartridges, membranes, pumps, UV components and parts are excluded unless listed in the quotation. Additional recommended chargeable work requires the customer’s approval before it is carried out.

How are commercial and industrial systems covered?

Does the AMC include emergency callouts or a fixed response time?
