About this product type
A string-wound element uses a wound fibre structure around a supporting core. The yarn material, core, winding and rating matter when reviewing a replacement. A wound cartridge and a spun-fibre cartridge should not be treated as identical because they have similar dimensions.
What to check before selecting a replacement
