Agree the plant boundary before comparing quotations

A plant-only price is different from a complete installed package. Clarify feed storage, treated-water tanks, civil work, electrical connections, commissioning and any downstream distribution. Ask which elements are supplied by Aqua Best and which remain with the site contractor.

The proposed net duty must be stated with its operating conditions. Feed water, temperature, operating hours and the selected design influence the output that can be committed to in the quotation.

Do I need a water analysis before receiving a final design?

A representative analysis and a defined treatment target are important inputs to a suitable plant proposal. Send available results and discuss any missing information with the team.

Can the plant include pretreatment and storage?

Request these items explicitly. The quotation should identify the pretreatment stages, tanks, interfaces and installation work included in the package.
